I thrive off of authenticity and accountability, and I’m obsessed with biohacking because it has radically transformed my life. After 25 years in corporate recruiting, I examined my passions, took a deep breath, and jumped: straight out of the comfort zone of my successful career and into the bulletproof coach training program at the Human Potential Institute.

Merging my legal and corporate recruiting background into the world of personal development, wellness, and mindfulness led me to develop a unique coaching style that others have characterized as edgy and honest. In working with me, I will be for you - I will support, encourage, and push you - but I won’t sugarcoat anything because sugar is bad for you. And because I don’t believe in empty promises, I will only make two to you: that I will hold you accountable with the type of authenticity you won’t get from your mom or your best friend, and that together we will get shit done.
