I get it. The concept of coaching can be nebulous, and you’re unsure of what it actually looks like. While each person has their own process, the way this will work is really pretty simple:

  1. We chat to see if we’re a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we figure out together a regular cadence for coaching sessions.

  2. Then we talk and get all the crap you’ve been thinking out of your head.

  3. Then we set some big goals, figure out the small steps that will get you there, and prepare for what obstacles might come your way.

  4. And last but certainly not least, we get shit done.
